Whenever we go into spring, we welcome a new beginning. The body asks for renewal, to release and detoxify stored heaviness from winter through movement. Offer yourself the space and time to consciously live this transition, building lighter body sensations, healing by floating on your cocoon. Aerial Yoga is a challenging, playful and therapeutic practice. The classes are aimed for curious movers of all ages and levels. 3 Week Spring Series APRIL 2024: * Fridays - 20:30 - 21:40 h ( 5th / 12th / 26th ) April * Small group of 7 students. - All prices include VAT
